I dealt with very friendly and efficient J2INK staffers over email I had an issue and initially posted a one star review. It turned out embarrassingly enough that my issue was my own darn fault. I ordered 251 series inks when all the while I should have ordered the 271s. For years there were no issues because I ordered the correct ink not the wrong ink. I will be placing a double order of the correct product now!
It was nice swithing from the HP ones to these, I saved some money for my shopping fund!
