This is the second time I have ordered these cartridges and they still have not disappointed me. I turned off the auto update firmware on my printer to prevent the HP printer from rejecting them and installed these 902 XL color and black ink cartridges. My printer is an HP 6962 Office Jet. Ink can be very expensive purchasing from HP. These ink cartridges from Arthur Imaging were less than half the price and provided more ink than HP normally does. The print quality was amazing. I am getting vibrant colors from this ink and that really helps when I am printing maps with many different shades and hues. I definitely recommend this brand of ink to replace HP 902 ink. Quit wasting your money buying from HP when Arthur Imaging ink not only costs less but produces better results!
