Tax-Exempt Purchasing

Qualified organizations may request tax-exempt purchasing status with Arthur Imaging.

What to provide
• Legal organization name
• Billing and shipping addresses
• Contact name, email, and phone number
• Valid resale certificate or tax-exemption certificate
• State or jurisdiction where the exemption applies

Important information
Submitting documents does not automatically approve tax-exempt status. Arthur Imaging must review and accept the documentation before tax-exempt purchasing can be applied. The organization name and address on the account should match the supporting certificate.

Please do not include payment-card information in documents or email messages.
