Excellent Product, Price and Service

I had a problem after the installation of a drum and toner with an MFC Brother's printer which left a black streak of toner along the left size of the page. After contacting them, they immediately responded by sending a complete replacement at no charge. Upon installation, the problem was gone.
They were true to their motto of great service and I highly recommend them for any purchases in toners and all their other products.
An excellent product, a great price, and excellent service - what else can you ask for.

This drum worked better and had better reset instructions than the brother drum that I tried first from Staples. The quality of the copies after it was installed works so much better and was happy with the outcome.
